ShepherdOS

Privacy

Privacy notice

Plain-English, and deliberately short. This notice covers shepherdos.co — our public marketing site. It does not cover the ShepherdOS product application used by churches, which is governed separately.

Last updated June 12, 2026

What we collect

This site collects only what you choose to send us through the Founder Church inquiry form:

  • Your church's name
  • Your name
  • Your email address
  • Optionally, your approximate weekend attendance
  • Optionally, a message describing what you're looking for

We don't require an account, and we don't collect information about children through this site.

No cookies, no tracking

This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies and uses no third-party trackers. We don't build a profile on you for visiting. If that ever changes, we'll update this notice before turning anything on.

How we use it

We use the details you submit for one purpose: to reply to you about the Founder Church program and the ShepherdOS pilot. We don't sell your information, and we don't add you to marketing lists you didn't ask for.

How it's handled

Form submissions are delivered to our team by email through our email provider (Resend) and reach hello@shepherdos.co. We keep inquiries only as long as needed to follow up with you and maintain our records, then remove them on request.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you sent at any time. Just email hello@shepherdos.co and we'll take care of it.

Children's data

This marketing site is intended for church leaders and administrators, not children, and does not knowingly collect information from children. Within the ShepherdOS product, children's data is minimized and children never have logins — part of being COPPA-safe by design — but that product is covered by its own agreement, not this notice.
